Slow And Steady

    Sigh. Yeah. I understand. Used to be the story of my life. Every time I and the husband used to fight, I would engage in stress eating. I am slowing learning and getting better though.

    I hope you are feeling better now.

    Pre Bfast: 1 cup coffee
    Bfast: 1 banana + 1 cup semiya upma
    Snack: -
    Lunch: 2 cheese sandwiches
    Snack: 1 coffee
    Dinner: 1 small cup whole wheat pasta with veggies

    Walking/Exercise: 10 mins
    Water: 8 glasses

    Are you following any specific diet or eat everything but in moderate and exercise rule?

    No specific diet, but eating normally in moderation for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is usually my biggest downfall. So I am trying to stick to a glass of milk and lots of fruits for dinner. Yesterday, I eat a tiny bit of pasta coz there were no fruits at home.

    Exercise -- I am doing 20 mins of walking every evening. And weekends I am trying to get 20 to 30 mins of yoga done in the mornings.

    Pre Bfast: 1 cup coffee
    Bfast: 2 paneer sandwiches
    Snack: -
    Lunch: 1 cup rice + 1 cup cabbage + 1 cup keerai sambhar
    Snack: 1 small pack veggie straws
    Dinner: 1 small cup masala pori + 1 tiny cup tamarind rice + 1/2 cup potatoes.

    Walking/Exercise: 20 mins walking
    Water: 8 glasses

    Pre Bfast: 1 cup coffee
    Bfast: 2 brown bread slices dipped in coffee :blush:
    Snack: 1 cup popcorn
    Lunch: 1 cup rice + 1 cup cabbage + 1 cup vathal kuzhambu
    Snack: -
    Dinner: 1 small cup masala pori + 1 small cup tamarind rice + 1/4 cup potatoes + 1 french crepe (all left over from yesterday)

    Walking/Exercise: 20 mins walking
    Water: 8 glasses

    179.9 lbs!!! That's my weight today. Yay!! :cheer::banana: I am very thrilled. Its has been forever since I weighed in the 170s. This is more closer to 180, but still. Last week I weighed 182 lbs. So weight loss in the last week was 2.1 lbs.

    Aug 27th : Monday
    Breakfast :
    Upma
    Mid-day Snack : Mixed Bery & Banana smoothie
    Lunch : 2 methi chapahi with bhendi stir fry
    Evening Snack: 1 methi chapathi with chicken curry ( very little, out of temptation)
    Dinner : 2 Methi Chapati with chicken curry

    Exercise : 40 mins walk
