Can anyone enlighten me what are the short term courses based on Information security. No MS courses... Short term like 6 months Online courses thru good University, which can help on career improvement. Not interested on Coursera, udemy etc.
You might get better suggestions if you specify which country you live in. Not all online university courses are accessible worldwide.
There is lot of certification courses that is there in this domain.You can start with CEH. Thats the basic certification that a security consultant will do. There are many such courses. CISA, iso 27001, etc. Are you looking at working in in the identity management? or threat hhunting? or Risk advisory? Do let us know.
Thank you@Anisu I'm currently looking to cyber security, not particularly. Which of the above has better job prospects in future... I want to keep myself updated and eligible for job in future, parallely cyber law attorney. Kind of confused. Help me out!
I would also like to mention that doing the certification is only one hope of entry to that field. You will have to do a lot of ground work and also go through references to start in IT security.
