Healthy Fantasies About Intimacy - Is It Possible

Lately I am listening to Amritsar Golden Temple Kirtan (thank you YouTube), and reading Guru Granth Sahib.

Now, I am having fantasies about an older, successful man (I don't know if he's married, has g/f ... he doesn't know I exist ... he is a faculty member somewhere).

But the interesting thing is, he shares same name as my abusive ex (first name is common male name, and last name represents our family gothr, i.e. not a last name, but ancestral association)

I fantasize us within a healthy marriage (I cannot bring myself to be intimate with someone I'm not married to, no matter how nice he is) where we get along with our respective in laws.

Then I was thinking is it a sin to have sexual fantasies and the answer is, it depends.

What type of fantasy is it, and where is it being fueled from.

It's not a sin to have this kind of fantasy.
Its fuelled from ur need,which you didn't have because of your bad marriage.
Please be careful. Don't lose hold of reality.

I think every woman would have fantasized something in their lifetime . This is a pretty normal thing, we really just don't talk about it fearing judgement
