    Even for me it's difficult to do much on diet part.just avoiding junk and oil items.
    Taking more veggies and less rice.thats all I could do
    Exercise part I am following properly.30 min treadmill,20 min elliptical and 20 min abs
    My weight s reducing very slowly .1kg per month
    But body s getting toned
    It will be little difficult to see the scale remains same everyday.but this s a life time change,so accept and follow the right direction.so go out of track

    @Rakshini Hi. I think I have been at this diet for a month now. Lost 1.5kg. one kg per month is also good, no? I am not in hurry to lose fast. It is healthy to lose gradually, I feel.

    Hi nisha , welcome.
    Morning - 2 glass warm water
    Had my coffee (with out which I can't survive)
    Breakfast -1 dosai(so much onion spread over the top).sambar
    Lunch.-rice,sambar,carrot poriyal,ladies finger fry , onion raita and curd
    Eve-bread toast and coffee
    Dinner - onion dosai (1) and small onion and garlic chutney
    Milk at 10
    I had my exercise
    Had 3 lit of water
    I don't have time for salads in night,i ve to work on that.
    Most of ladies are in 50 during marriage,first pregnancy they come to 60 s and second pregnancy 70 s.thats how our weight has changed.but we ve to work hard to loose all the weight we got through our pregnancy.
    If we reduce 15 kg then we will be healthy.we will look younger,energitic and yummy mummy

    I took a break from low carb diet and exercise for the week that went by. Now feeling better. The cravings for rice are reduced now. I am thinking to start again. It was a mistake to have taken a break from exercise because yesterday when I resumed exercise, some kind of stiffness.

    No constipation when I have rice. Ayurvedic doc suggested to buy wheat and grind into flour and consume to increase fiber intake. I bought samba wheat. Excited about it. Will be grinding tomorrow. Meanwhile experimented with organic stone ground wheat flour from 24 mantra. The flour texture is not fine like talcum powder. It is somewhat grainy. The rotis made from them were having a rustic feel to it. Also they were soft even though i didn't roll properly and cooked unevenly. If we make pooris from them, i am guessing that we wouldn't even need to add sooji to it to make the pooris hold their shape.:wink1:

    Today:

    Breakfast
    brown chana sundal,milk

    Lunch
    2 rotis, Dal, capsicum tomato curry, little rice, buttermilk

    Snack
    one home made cookie

    Dinner
    Little Rice Dal sabji

    Night
    Milk
    Exercise 40 mins, water1L

    @kalcandu you should try milling your own multigrain atta if you are in india worth the trouble make 3/5 kg and it goes for almost 2/3 months for a family of 4/6 depending. i mayhave already shared the proportion here in lunch thread..

    Hi,

    Out of track for over 2 weeks now..diet was a disaster. Work stress and personal commitments were the culprits.
    Hope to start back from today

    Nice to see everyone going on consistently in this journey .. let me join back from today
