It is a book Written by Sri Paramahamsa Yoganandaji ,disciple of the Great BABA who is believed to be still alive & gives darshan to the devoted disciples. The religious organisations YSS & SRF are established by Him in India & US.The book describes the rich spiritual experiences of various Yogis.Even if u have no interest in spiritual life,u can read this for the sake of the various people's experiences given in this book which will prove the power of mind or soul over the daily routines of hunger,sleep etc. We usually say ,i can't remain without food or if don't get sleep in the night, i become one kind like that.This book clearly establishes how all these deficiencies or hallucinations can be overcome by vigorous practice & faith in God.The language is so high that the book founds a place in the syllabus of Literature students.Please read & enjoy.
