In the name of religion and gurus, it is all really sad. Just now read that there are some riots even! The less spoken about gurus the better it seems.

As for Air India staffers, so unfortunate. It is so difficult to fathom the mindset. Perhaps the food is not reserved but I know nothing about alcohol though

Everybody would be scared to put Ram in their names!
I know all Godmen (exceptions may be there) are fake and what not. Moderators make me nervous in using stronger words.
If they have logic and rationality they would not behave the way they are behaving! They have emotions and feelings!!!! Not at all.
About the lady who complained....somebody has to bell the cat. Investigations in our country takes ages.....even bomb blasting and terrorist activities took ages!!!
Jokes are hilarious. Some men love their cars more than wife.

 

Men commit such crimes for several reasons . I don't care whether it's politically motivated or not . I am glad there there is justice and such people are being brought to books . The supreme Court knew that convicting such a powerful man will ensue riots but still they went ahead with the conviction and that to me is truly laudable !

 

Kamalji, it is frustrating to see how stupid people can be that they actually support 'babas' this way. When, if ever, will they come back to their senses?

 

Really, Kamalji we should be ashamed of these Gurus and their acts.

With so many of them being caught these days, people should be more vigilant and act carefully. It is the helplessness of the situations that make humans fall under such trap. Rather than believing in themselves, they are believing in magic and super powers.
In spite of several issues happening around the same, social media s full of pics of his pics with Bollywood so called celebrities and cricketers.
Again, incredible India.

There are some select careers that give name, fame, money and along with that the end result of prison, if crimes were committed while pursuing the career. They are called politicians, religious preachers, entertainers and sports personnel. I still have confidence in the court system to come to the right conclusion based on evidence. But I often wonder how the politicians escape from such criminal prosecution. Even entertainers and sports personnel faced criminal prosecution but only handful of politicians went to the court to defend themselves. There are some big fishes out there promoting their selfish desires.

Regarding religious preachers, people like Ram Rahim are responsible for ruining the religion. There are a few in other religions as well but they go unnoticed. When Catholic priests under the name of celibacy spoiled the life of many young male children in the US, they were all brought to books despite so much of resistance.

Good jokes. Infact the judicial system is the biggest joke in India. Thankfully there are still a few dedicated lawyers and judges who are prepared to take up the cases of the victims to the rightful conclusion. In this case the Baba has been sentenced to 20 years in jail with Rs. 3020000/ - in fines as you may be knowing.
Yes you have a point. The blind followers are prepared to do anything to please their 'God'. But majority of them are forced into it. Only a few have the guts to report.

 

The guru shishya parampara is to be blamed for this. No human being deserves to be worshipped and elevated to the status of god.
