Golgoppa Paani Receipe

    Hi... Can somebody share the receipe of Golgoppa paani. I tried many recipes dint get the exact taste like Street side Golgoppa smells very tempting and tastes very good. Please share the receipe with measurements...

    I can try to get the recipe from my mom..She makes awesome paani..

    I believe black salt is a major ingredient..

    I blend 1 bunch cilantro, 2 green chilies, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/2 tsp tamarind and small piece jaggery, add salt, 1/4 tsp rock salt,1/4 tsp jeera powder and lemon juice( 2 lemons) .

    You can add it, but just one or two leaves or else it gives a strong flavor. Also adjust the green chillies depending on the kind and how spicy you like. If you use a spicy one, I would say start with half a green chili. I don't like it to be too spicy. Add 4-5 cups of water to this and you might have to adjust the ingredients in case it is less tangy Or spicy .

    sorry, I never tried this at home, we usually have it @ Gangotri- a chat stall.

    but you can try this from www.vegrecipesof india.com/panipuri. many of my friends follow this . they give many styles of recipes. you may choose the one you like.
