    Iam moving to new place so lot of work to be done. Mostly very busy until April end . But Iam being active and will try to post here.

    Hi, I wud like to join here. I have just started to walk a few days before. I have set a mark of 8000 steps every day. I have a mi fit band to count my steps. But I would like to know how r u all counting the calorie intake?

    Welcome to the club. Thanks for stopping by. I count only steps but never did the calorie intake.There are so many apps which you can download in your mobile.

    Hello Girls,

    Hope everyone is doing good. Thanks all for keeping this thread active. Sorry, I am unable to be here as I got very busy with the move. Its been an hectic days from past 2 weeks I am not doing any workouts but packing ,cleaning all other moving related tasks are itself making me tired throughout the day. Good news for me is , I have not gained any weight. Mostly I will resume back my workout schedule in the first week of May.
