    @Iravati
    I never seek arbitration in matters that need straightening up. I plunge into action directly! I tend to agree with your friend. Your words are not only long but difficult too. My vocabulary has vastly improved ever since you broke into my elite correspondents!

    The irony is, I'd swap my writing with yours in a heart beat. I prefer crisp and clear vocabulary.

    I would never be able to produce a piece of writing mirroring your thrift metaphors and turn of phrases. We all have our unique styles and expressions but I find your concise writing (not a syllable more than necessary) to deliver your thoughts very immersive. Yours has more depth, mine more girth. Bottom line: you win hands down in your handsome narrative. I've learnt to introspect my own jarring writing from two members on this site and the bigger irony is that both happened to be men on a ladies forum. Few years from now, I'm sure to crack this somewhere, "you know, my life changed in a ladies forum by observing men there."

    You have no clue how much you have inspired me to reflect on my expression of speech.

    One more thing,

    In most of the companies I’ve worked at, non-profit internal forums are hosted to discuss practical features like housing, consumer goods, local events. With thousands of employees subscribed to these forums, you still find only few and regular contributors updating on latest trends. But anytime an employee quits the firm, and if he is a member of these social groups, an email is sent out ... “I've learnt so much about the city rentals from this group”, “No other source has entertained me more furiously than the iOS and Android debates here” ... or unforeseen gratitude “I’ve learnt so much Middle English from Tudor era just with the quaint retaliations borne in these group discussions."

    I wonder who these people are, which thread helped them, how were they benefited, should they be given a survey form to fill out in exit interview. Mind you, I hardly check these groups (once in a quarter I scan these bulk emails) for lack of time. But I am amused with such remittance of gratitude in the farewell sign-off.

    One-eyed, one-fingered Cheeniya ...typing away ...what is the meaning, what is the purpose, what is the pleasure.

    Not that it matters to you but you better be acquainted with the subtle verdict that you can never be fully aware of the scope and influence your one-fitted rambling generates in a virtual environment that thrives on passive readership.

    How could Cheeniya write so well, how is Cheeniya still writing so well, such anxiety and inspection may not always be vocalized.

    I am thrift with pats and laurels because between us

    (1) it is ludicrous
    (2) it is inessential
    (3) it is a killing
    (4) it is embarrassing

    Remember, when it comes to your writing, you might have influenced readers passively than with active engagement.
    Why now all this? Well, I just wanted to compensate my abstinence from “like” with one single L-I-K-E.
