Daily Pregnancy Exercise And Diet : Lets Motivate

    Hello dear , to be moms, lets motivate each other to do exercises regularly , essential part of prenatal routine.

    Im doing yoga, walking ,but miss it on few days or sometimes many days in a row n feel bad. Lets log in here daily so that we remind and motivate each other. :treadmill::smash2:

    Kegels is also important exercise which i forget most of the times.

    We can share our yoga and diet or medicine routines too. ( I forget my vitamins also sometimes ) :neutral:

    I did 15 minutes walking in the morning. Took calcium n iron today.

    Yesterday did 15 minutes walking.. took vitamins. But couldnt do yoga :( . Had food on time. No junk food though :)

    Hi,
    Thanks Mario123 for starting this thread.This gives us motivation from others who are regular in exercising.
    I am not doing any sort exercise except walking for 10-15mins.

    Hi,

    Daily i use to walk for 30 to 40 mins but i dont have control on food ,thats y i am interested in this post . i just want to get motivated either in positive or negative way ,hahaha

    Hi Sairani,
    I was not having proper balanced diet for 1st three months but now that baby needs extra nutrients and it takes from the food we take, I am trying to follow a proper diet. But ya together we can share here and get motivated.
    My current routine-
    Early Morning- 3 soaked badam, 1ltr water with half an hour gap
    Breakfast - 3/4Idlis, 2Dosa, 1cup Upma etc with 1glass milk
    Mid morning snack- Fruits
    Lunch - 1cup rice, dal, any curry(trying to include green leafy veggies atleast for twice in a week), curd
    Evening Snack - Fruits
    Dinner - Almost same as lunch. sometimes I replace rice with roti
    In between I have coconut water, buttermilk, fruit juice(without sugar). I am trying to have 2-3 litres of water a day.

    Hi Sairani, i didnt make big changes in diet. Rather 1st 4 months i had lot of nauseabn vomitting. Aftrr that, it all subsided n my appetite gradually increased.
    Now im having food quite similar to what swethamadhu is having.

    Im avoiding junk food n take care that i eat home cooked food only.
    At night or early morning, i feel hungry. I hav kept small box of dry fruits n water bottle .
    N wherevr i go outside for more than half hr, i keep this box or something to eat. U can have hunger pangs anytime.

    Hello. 15 minutes is gud time if u werent doing any exercise b4. U can increase slowly or do it 2 times. Or add 15 min of yoga, but with care.

    U can post ur daily diet here. It will keep chck on wat u r eating. N u might get good suggestions frm othrs.
