Advice And Help Needed....after A Long Wait Got Positive Hpt

Hey friends
Hope all of u r doing good...
Actually I have posted my concern in other continued thread ,though I didn't get any response hence had to create a new thread.
Hopefully I will get some really great help from my friends.
By God's grace, After exact 3 yrs I got 2 lines in HPT.
Though Sunday it's off for my doctor, so immediately next day (Monday) rushed to doctor for confirmation. As I went without appointment, so after a quite long wait period finally got chance to meet doctor.
She welcomed me quite happily.
But when I told I did the HPT on Sunday wch was day 43 for me, she got tensed as I waited so long.
Then she did the scan for me. The embryo was seen with size 2mm. She marked as 4 week 6 day by looking into the size. Though I could sense from her expression she z quite not impressed with size but she consoled and assured as we ll give 100% try. On December, I did the Factor V Leiden Mutant Detection, Blood test. I m detected with heterogeneous mutation. Hence for blood thinning and proper flow,
She has prescribed some supportive medicines.
Ecosprin
Wysolone5
Clexane injection
And Utreva progestrone vaginal gel

Now my concern is can I succeed this time. From this statement I know some may have wondering about my past. Yes I had 2 early miscarriage in 2013 end and 2014 starting. So this time I don't wanted to take any kind of risk, hence bit concerned.

Anyone succeeded with this much size on day 43..please help me with your suggestions and guidance. My next check up is on 30th March. Please pray for me. Really needed this time.

Congrats Sibani. First of all, Stress is the biggest killer at this time. So avoid stress and be positive and everything will happen good this time
Were your periods regular? Though it is 43 rd day you might have ovulated late and the size may be corresponding to that. Also since doctor has prescribed pills, I would suggest to be stress free. I had an early miscarriage and then conceived again immediately and currently pregnant now. So I know exactly what you feel

@sibani221 first of all hearty congratulations to u for ur BFP. It's a great news on the forum indeed. Coming to ur concern about factor V Leiden mutation, it is one of the common thrombophilias. It just means ur blood has tendency to clot n prevent blood supply to that particular part of ur body. Same thing applies to ur uterus as well, mean women with this condition have recurrent miscarriages due to clotting process which can hinder the growth of embryo.
Next coming to ur doctor's ' Not so Happy expression' is that, she wanted to start u on aspirin n anticoagulant enoxaparin as soon as possible just immediately as u get hpt positive, it will have better results. But still 4 weeks is not very late n the size 2mm is optimal as of now. So don't worry.
Since u r heterozygous, it won't be very serious for u n many heterozygous have had successful pregnancies. U will have to continue aspirin along with enoxaparin throughout ur pregnancy n continuous monitoring of ur condition is required. So just follow the doctor's instructions n take the medications as prescribed n don't ever stress urself, dat can precipitate the process. Relax urself, trust God n everything will be fine n ul have ur LO soon in ur lap. Lots of love n baby dust to u dear.

U r right... Last cycle after HSG and ovulation, she gave me wysolone, ecosprin for blood thinning for 15 days. I took them for 15days but in this gap I mean till I see HPT, I didn't brought them again, as I was waiting for my AF.
Now m continuing the medicine. Hopefully I ll not face any issue further because of the 15days discontinuety. Will it cause any issue?

One more query I have .
Basically based on LMP, The days r calculated and it should be 6 weeks+, but why she marked as 4 week 6 day though I was going to her for ovulation tracking.
