    1 Jan: 1331 (Rest Day)
    2 Jan: 15231
    3 Jan: 11035
    4 Jan: Did 10366 so far, will be doing more steps .....(will update)

    Daily calories
    1 Jan: 1710
    2 Jan: 1338
    3 Jan: 1621
    4 Jan: Will update

    Early morning: Cumin seeds ,lemon honey water
    Breakfast:Oats,Apple,flaxseeds
    Mid morning:Orange
    Lunch: black bean curry toast with 2 whole bread slices
    Evening snack:Green tea , orange
    Dinner: 1 chapati with radish curry , 2 bulb rice with rasam

    Water-5-6 glasses

    Hi. I have noticed that you mention early morning, mid morning, etc., can anyone pls add time slot so that i can get a clear idea. I have one more doubt.... how do you calculate calories for Indian diet?

    @daisy2015 : If you have breakfast in the morning @ 7 am or 8 am, its early morning breakfast and obviously you feel hungry before lunch. So have breakfast snack @ 10 am or 11 am, its Mid morning breakfast.

    To calculate Indian diet there are many app. available or you can check internet.
