With all the buzz about patanjali products in recent times and with ads in YouTube/TV I tried a few of them like - dish wash soap, clothes soap, surf, body soap and wheat flour
I found the products economical and easily available.
    I liked their body soaps.
But found the atta flour not to my taste
And the clothes soap was leaving a lot of residue.
What's your opinion on patanjali products in general??
Do you recommend any specific products??

I'm a diehard Patanjali fan. Almost every product in our household is from Patanjali. From shampoos to toothpaste to soaps to Agarbattis to Masalas to Rice-Atta......all Patanjali.
I like their genuine products..quality is good and prices are reasonable.

Even i have been using Patanjali Products oflate. My reviews below:
    1) Atta - I did not like it much. I use Ashirvad otherwise. They are very soft. Whereas Patanjali one does not come that soft nor tastes good.
    2) Honey - Excellent one in a reasonable price
    3) Soaps - I have tried different ones. Some of them leaves the skin dry. You should try to suit your skin.
    4) Amla oil - Very good smell. I am loving it. Even the hair fall is reducing.
    5) Floor cleaner - It says it is made of cow's urine etc. But it smells bad :(
    6) Dish washing bar - I found it was making my skin rough. So stopped using it.
    7) Cloth detergent - I use Surf exel powder. So mixed a little of patanjali along with surf excel and used it. No complaints. But using it separately i felt it was not that powerful for kids dresses.
    8) Toothpaste - Dantkanti. I don't think i will change to anyother toothpaste anymore.
    9) Toothbrush - Very good ones. Both for adults and kids.
10)Henna - I don't use it. But one of my friend told it was very good.
    11) Shampoos - I have tried anti dandruff shampoo and also shikakai. Both are very good.
    12) Rose water - I have just started using it now. Feeling good using it on the face.
    13) Dalia - My mil is using it and she says it tastes very good
    14) Sugar - They have the powdered form of sugar that is extracted directly from sugarcane. they are little expensive but in its purest form.
    15) Atta noodles - I did not like the taste :(
    16) Hing - It smells good.

As of now these are the products i have used. Prices are very reasonable.

Patanjali products have taken India by storm. Ethnic Indian products like flour, rice etc are good but had very bad experience with biscuits and syrups. Awful taste.

    @dc24, diehard fan here too.
    However,
*I use SOUMYA the liquid detergent for my clothes. No residue, fresh smell, & good dirt removed. Gentle for my sensitive skin.
*The ketchup was terrible. Hope they improve it. Maybe it was a bad batch
*Digestive biscuits are super tasty. Chocolate ones too. Others are ok. Depends on you taste buds.
*I use almost all products & try new ones. But if it doesn't suit, it doesn't suit.
*The masala spices are good. Didn't like their noodles.
*Divya kanti face pack is really good
*Their besan has become expensive but still the best bet for my skin.
*Honey is very good. Bura white sugar is good too, sweet so you need less of it. At least, I feel comforted that I'm not taking the over processed stuff.
    *Ghee is awesome.

On the whole I like the taste, texture. And the food items really do taste pure in comparison to sometimes cardboard taste of other supermarket brands. But I never stop checking or comparing. I may be a fan but I'm practical.

Yes...Ghee and Honey are Patanjali's best products.
I like their No onion No garlic tomato ketchup.
Few months back...i had terrible problem of badly cracked heels. But their foot cream did wonders. Now i have soft and supple feet.
Where can one find SOUMYA detergent ?

Patanjali Atta becomes dark very soon after kneading it...i guess this indicates presence of iron in it.
Dantkanti is the best toothpaste I have used so far. Dantkanti Advanced is even better.
Patanjali Rosewater...i apply on my face n neck at night before sleeping. Skin looks fresh.
I have tried their Dalia too. Found it ok, not very tasty though; but my kids didn't like the taste.
Atta noodles I use primarily because of the absence of refined flour.
Their drink...Power Vita....is packed with nutrients. My kids love it:)

All shops carry the liquid detergent. But stocks run out fast. I contribute to this cos I snap up at least bottles when I can:grin:. Or you could order online? So many shops have come up though. In my area I have 5 within a 3 km radius.
I have very very sensitive skin & metabolism so am very careful about what I eat or use on skin.
Girls, try the aloe vera with saffron face gel... I'm :banana:
The kajal is soothing for eyes. And face washes don't cause burning of skin like other brands do. Moisturiser with shea butter, Chamomile & olive oil is verrry nice. Anti-wrinkle cream also seems to be working.
