Aval / Beaten Rice LADDU :

This is very very easy sweet and can make with in no time.

    Aval 1 cup
    Sugar 1/2 cup
    Cardamom Powder 1/2 spoon
Ghee to make laddu (approx. 3 to 4 tea spoons )
    Crushed Cashew 2 tea spoon

    Method:

First dry fry aval in a pan.
Fry well till you get good aroma from that.
Just remove and let it come to room temp.
Now put it in a mixer grinder with sugar and cardamom powder.
In a pan heat ghee and put crushed cashews and when they become golden brown pour that in the mixer.
Make small small 'Aval Laddus' out of it.
Your Yummy laddus are ready to eat.
