    Now a days every one is trying to be fit and healthy. So here are a feew foods that helps you to maintain a flat stomach.

    1. Almonds:

    Research has proved that almonds contain enough nutrients which help to control the flat stomach. They also have the ability to block capacity of calories in the body and hence they should be included in the list.

    2. Soybeans:
    Soybeans contain large amount of anti-oxidants, protein and fibre that helps to give you flat stomach. You can dry and soak some soybeans and mix them with any soup or any other food.

    3. Berries:
    You must eat 30-40 grams of berries because it contains lot of fibre which helps in digestion.

    4. Yoghurt:
    Because you get enough of calcium from yoghurt, you can eat bowl of yoghurt every day. This does not add any fats to your skin.

    5. Salmon:
    These ultra-fish actually helps to maintain the fats in the body and also contain protein and enough fibre that helps to keep your belly fat.
