    Dear jskls,

Perhaps the someone who had left was also waiting in frustration trying to recall what the wait was all about!

    Dear Satchi,

Do you mean they had all died?

The wait could have ended if they had chosen not to wait.

As endings are plenty for a story, so are the alternatives and options in life too. There probably is still time, to rewrite your statement in present tense and mine as,

"The wait can end, if they choose not to wait anymore."

What if they don't have a choice? But I like this new story.

There always is a choice, only its either better or bitter. When its 'no choice' what is it they are waiting for since 'no choice' is a decision that calls for the end of wait by itself?!

Just wanted to say, my comments are from an analytical point of view only, take nothing personal. :)

I second Kaniths. Since 11 yrs we are waiting for a grandchild from my son and dil but dont know What God's plan are.My first daughter waited for eight years and adopted a daughter who has become like their own child now and younger daughter waitedonly for four years and adopted a daugher who is also like their own child. Have not forgotten what I am waiting for but still waiting God will hear our prayers.
