    Exercise - Rest day
    Diet - oat meal - morning
    6 crackers, 2 squares of chocolate - snack
    brown rice, chickpeas, yogurt - afternoon
    sambar - night

    07/09
    Exercise - 26 miles of cycling on the trail. Took 2.5 hrs
    Diet - Horlicks + 1 bourbon biscuit - morning
    Brunch - Bruschetta (2 slices) + 1/2 grilled veg sandwich
    tea + mixture, peanuts - snack
    Brown rice, carrot, parsnip, capsicum - night

    Exercise - 1 hour of Zumba class
    Diet - sprouts (before class) + oatmeal, blue berries, chia seeds, flax seeds - late morning (after class)
    lunch - salad + 1 bourbon biscuit + 2 microwave popped fryums (rice)
    tea + mixture, peanuts - snack
    Brown rice + carrot, celery, broccoli, beans soup - night

    Morning-2 glasses of water & small cup coffee.
    BF-Oats upma(tried it for first time) I really enjoyed it.
    Mid break - coffee
    YET to follow
    Lunch- drumstick stir fry and tindora stir fry with greens sambar and rice.
    (hopefully i cut down my rice quantity)

    Snack-I usually take coffe here should switch to something healthy and good.
    All suggestion are welcome.

    7pm- yet another coffee.
    Dinner-same as lunch.

    Ecercise-LS walk and 20 min of walk at the park.

    Was a bit lazy through out last week. Dint do much of exercise and sleepy..

    Great start sandstar!

    I am done with LS walk.
    wall sit up -5 times(each 10 sec) Thats the max I could hold up.
    Kegels exercises- 10 resps.
    Belly button pull-10 times.
    Feel some improvemnet these days.

    Thanks Gayatri! I take Zumba classes in my gym once a week...love it (Its part of my gym package whether i attend classes or not). I can dance to my hearts content however funny i feel while doing it..In my mind i am Michael Jackson, in reality I am closer to Abhishek Bachhan:laughing: in dancing! They play bollywood songs sometimes..feel so happy then because I know what the song is about..Rest of the time the instructor emotes and i look i am constipating!

    I have the same problem with tea...Sometimes i get satisfied with any hot liquid..In which case i drink Milk or add small spoon of Horlicks etc (If you do not have this habit please don't pick it up...its addictive!)

    If its at night, rasam also will do for me..but ya I have not beaten tea habit yet most of the times!
