    Dear kaniths,
What an insightful comment!! Don't know how to thank you enough.

I am reminded of Stephen Hawking's A Brief History of Time. If the universe is expanding, then going backwards, it started from a dimensionless object or a point if you will. That's when the Big Bang occurred. Agatha83 (84?) observed the ripples that my threads create. I am happy with ripples and stay away from storms as far as I can. And I search for the universe in the solitary confines of my unruffled soul.

In Hindu philosophy, the sound Ohm probably tells all there is to be told.

Perhaps I am crazy, perhaps we are all crazy.

Off Topic : This video seems like a fitting visualization but given our generation gap... I hope it makes sense to you! :)

We can go crazy and make sense out of the visuals (the singularity I mean) or be not and call these just some crazy patterns instead! This what is my observation with what's happening in your tiny but growing 'space' of brevity threads... To some its meaningful, to some not. I like your experiment, like how it gives more room for imagination and interpretations involving your readers be part of the story telling process, rather reducing them to mere commentors, just agreeing with the author's view most times!

Exactly right. But experimenting with a form is also an important part of my objective.

    @ Cheeniya

How beautifully put Cheeniya!! This is exactly what I would have said myself. No amount of googling can really help. The reader should have the independence to interpret anyway s/he pleases. There is clearly no unique story that will come out of this form of writing. In fact, why should we have a single interpretation of a piece of creative writing. We are not engaged here is proving a mathematical theorem. I won't use a high sounding word like meditation. But one will need to imagine for oneself if one wishes to follow up. Since the threads are brief, they are not impositions on people's time. Even then, one is free to read or not read. But what to conclude is left open. I have to try out this form, because I am totally in love with it. If IL wishes me not to post them, I will stop of course. There will always be some place to post them. But I want to keep posting here because there is a community that interacts. And I have several friends here. They can always call me crazy oj, but they will remain friends I am sure.

kaku.. your brevity series is getting truly brief!!!.. the complete essence of the tale being summed up in a sentence...now thats what would definitely get you 100% scores in precis writing!!
    Regards

    Dear Kerman,

Interesting remark. When I went to school, the question paper used contain a passage and the examinee had to write a precis based on the given passage. Since you have awarded me 100% for precis writing, I suppose you are familiar with what I wrote a precis for. I looked around for it. Do let me know please what it reads like. Or how long it is.

    Kaku

A short story in a long sentence. Intriguing genre indeed!

I wonder if sushi would taste good with green chutney? I forgot.....must soon try out the recipe for peanut chutney that I clipped from a magazine last week. Who did I talk to last week that had an allergy for peanuts? Oh yes, Sumathi. Poor Sumathi, her new car got scratched in the mall parking lot, she said. Thinking of scratches, need to replace my mixer's lid. It has too many scratches now.

Stream of consciousness is a favorite genre of mine. Reminds me of my mom. :)
