    Have any one tried green coffee beans for weight loss.I am not ready to go by the review given in their site.

    Any one with personal experience can help me.

    I've never heard of green coffee beans but I can assure you that weight loss has a very simple formula -
    calories in < calories out ~ weight loss.

    No matter what other things you do, as long as you are of good health with no ailments preventing weight loss, then a caloric deficit is the way to go. Eat less than you expend and get there.

    Now if you like to drink green coffee or lemon honey etc, it's great. Enjoy it as a beverage of choice. Don't force yourself to drink anything to achieve weight loss.

    there is no short cut to weight loss. it is eating healthy, working out, and being happy about self.

    and please do not try whatever is suggested. i am so worried when i see suggestions from turmeric pills , apple cider vinegar to what all slush.. (sorry) but nothing works.. it may create a illusion and a hole in your pocket but nothing more..

    it could be harmful if you have any allergy to caffeine..
