    Hi Ladies,

    I have been trying to conceive for the second time.I have one girl baby of 4 yrs old .I have irregular periods and even my first baby conceived on clomid.This time doctor gave me letrozole for 5 days from day 3 to day 7 and went for scan.No dominant follicle on day 9 and she gave hmg injection for 5 days for folicular growth and response was good.I ovulated on day 17th and today is 20 days post ovulation.I have no periods yet. But all the home tests took on 16dpo & 18 dpo & 20 dpo gave faint line only.
    Dost it mean im pregnant? i googled it and found many reasons for this faint line and if hcg hormone is increasing subsequent test should show dark line rite? could it be chemical pregnancy or is it normal to have faint line and health pregnancy is possible? im worried ..pls share your thoughts/experience

    @knithyabe

    If its 20dpo indeed, it should be dark..But there are chances you implanted late. Anyways, a line is a line.. Best solution is go to your doctor and have the hcg beta done. Also, hcg doubles every 2 days, so line does get darker.. But there are many cases in which women dont even get a positive in hpt even after being pregnant. also other reason could be your urine is diluted, are you using FMU?

    Dont worry, keep your mind at peace and get the beta done!

    Faint line depends on sensitivity kit also. May be you can have a work with doc too.
    Blood test will help too.

    Baby dust to you.
