Slowly her thoughts started to drift towards Raj and his smiling face came in front of her eyes. Her lips arched to a smile unknowingly and a heavy sigh escaped from her lips when she remembered his closeness. Her heart kept repeating Raj's words, speak with me before deciding anything.

"Why did he say like that? He kept on warning me, asking me to be safe and not to misunderstand him. Did he meant about his relationship with Uthra or whether he was worried Uthra would create any misunderstanding between me and Raj? If that was the case then why didn't he tell me directly about Uthra's character. Oh god i will go mad if i keep thinking like this. It's better for me to ask him directly tomorrow and clear all misunderstandings. And if possible also should tell him about my feelings".

By the time her heart and mind came to a conclusion, Uthra came to her after all others got down from the bus.

"Hey Aditi, i didn't see you when you got in. Really sorry. Just now when i turned saw you sitting.". She spoke very concerned.

"That's ok Uthra, no issues". Aditi tried to sound normal.

"I know you must be feeling bored and lonely without company. And also for next six months you will have to travel alone. Don't worry at all dear. I will accompany you from tomorrow and we can have fun".

"So nice of you. Thank you".

"It's my pleasure to share some time with you. Ok Aditi, have to get down now. Catch you later. Bye". Saying she moved to the front carrying her bags.

"Sure. Bye". Aditi was relieved seeing her leave.

Uthra was trying to befriend Aditi so she can keep knowing more about Raj and also can make further plans to keep herself safe.

Aditi got down in her stop and started to walk towards her house thinking about the days she shared this distance with Raj. Now her heart longed for those moments.

"How caring he was? Was it all because of love or did he just came with me as a friend? How fool have i been without noticing all this before. By now i would have known about his feelings or thoughts if had taken keen interest then". Aditi had no other option than cursing herself.

She reached home having all kinds of thoughts and went directly to her room without talking to her parents. She just went and lied on the bed as her thoughts were weakening her more. As Aditi didn't turn up for a while, Gayathri went to her room to see what she is doing. But when Gayathri entered the room, she was surprised to see Aditi sleeping without even changing her dress.

Gayathri came out of the room as she didn't wanted to disturb Aditi.

"What happen Gayu? Where is Aditi?"

"She is sleeping".

"Sleeping?? At this time?" Ganesh was also surprised to know that she was sleeping immediately after coming home.

"Yes dear. I think she is very tired today. Let her sleep for a while. You come and have dinner".

"Ok but what about Aditi".

"I will wake her up after finishing all my work if she doesn't get up by then. Now you come and eat".

They both had dinner and Gayathri became busy in cleaning the table and kitchen. After all her work she took dinner for Aditi ans tried waking her up. But Aditi was in no mood to come out of her sleep. After few minutes Gayathri kept the plate in the table thinking Aditi might feel hungry if she wakes up in the night. When Gayathri was about to move, she heard the door bell.

She was puzzled hearing the door bell at that time of night. With hesitation she opened the door and was surprised to see Raj standing in front of her.

"Raj!!!"

Raj knew that she was surprised to see him there at that time. But his only intention was to know about Aditi. When he saw her face he was sure that Aditi was safe.

"Sorry aunty. Is Aditi at home?"

"Yes dear. She is sleeping". Gayathri was confused by his question but she saw a genuine relief in Raj's face after hearing her words.

"Thank god. I was very much worried when there was no response from her. Oh am sorry aunty. I called her many times but she didn't pick any of my call and later her mobile was switched off. So i didn't know what to make out of it as she didn't even message me after coming home. So thought would check by myself on the way back home".

Gayathri was smiling seeing his concern for Aditi and at the same time felt bad for him.

"You first come in Raj".

"No no it's ok aunty, am getting late. Mom must be waiting for me. I just came to see whether Aditi has reached home safely".

"She is very much safe. She slept immediately after coming home and didn't get up when i tried to wake her up for dinner". Gayathri spoke to him with a tint of smile in her face.

"Ok aunty, i shall leave now. Sorry to have disturbed you at this time".

"That's ok Raj. Am happy that Aditi has such a caring person like you as a friend. We can stay relaxed here after without worrying about her". Gayathri's words had a meaning that Raj couldn't understand but his reply was in the true sense.

"Sure aunty. I shall always take care of her".

Gayathri was content with his reply and smiled happily while he excused himself and started home. Ganesh who just then came out of the washroom was puzzled seeing Gayathri standing at the door steps.

"What happen? Why are you standing here? I think i heard the door bell".

Seeing Gayathri smiling happily he raised his eyebrows in confusion. Gayathri told him about Raj and why he had come there at this time. Ganesh was surprised to know all that happened and felt happy at the same. They both decided to talk with Aditi about this soon and went to sleep.

Aditi was sleeping peacefully without knowing anything that happened around her. She got up in the next morning after hearing her mom's loud voice.

"Aditi get up dear. If you keep sleeping like this you will surely miss the bus today".

Aditi got up and sat in a shock hearing her mom's words, "Mom what do you mean?"

"I meant what i said dear. It's 7 o'clock now. I have been trying to wake you for past half an hour".

"Mom i just came from office and you are trying to send me back to office".

Gayathri laughed out and gestured Aditi to see the wall clock which was hanging in front of her.

"You are sleeping from yesterday night dear".

"Oh no mom". Aditi literally ran inside the washroom and got ready in a jiffy speed and left the house without having breakfast. Unfortunately or fortunately she missed her office bus and had to travel in the MTC.

Aditi was happy in a way that she need not have to face Uthra till evening. Just then she remembered that Raj didn't call or message her. With this thought she searched her back and found the mobile to be switched off.

"Why should this happen only to me? Why should he ever propose me and why did the hell i refused then? And now when i started to realise my love why did i have to know all about this Uthra only now?"

Aditi was going nuts with all the unanswered questions and her stomach was screaming with hunger which was deprived of food for the past 16 hours. Only then it striked her that she didn't eat anything after yesterday's lunch.
