    EM- 1/2 cup warm water with lime , 2 badam/2 walnut

    BF- 2 idi+Coconut chutney + 1 cup sugarless tea
    MM- 400 ml green tea, a fist ful murmura
    Lunch- 2 oats chilla +Okra curry +Beetroot Palya+1/2 cup yogurt rice
    Eve- 1/2 pear, 400 ml green tea
    Night- 2 Phulka + mix veg curry, dry ginger kashayam

    Water- 8 cups
    Exercise = Leslie sansone Iwalk 3 superfast miles ( 45mins)

    HI mathi.... It happens ... My story is different... From last Diwali till Diwali '15, I have gone 4 times to my moms place.. Every time I vl gain 3 kg I vl lost only 2 the 1 vl never go. Like that I added 4 kg for 4 vacation... :spinThanks to my mom...but now they are happy that I am looking goodgigglingsmiley what I can say?

    Before May I was washing clothes and mopping the floor by hands . But I had some severe infections in hands and took treatment for more than 4 months.. So now I am using the washing machine and the hand mop. In that way my active nests is lowered now.. I feel that also one other reason.

    With great hope I am starting my weight loss journey again.... Let's see..

    Lunch-- 2 Roti with Palak paneer,1 papad
    Snacks-- 1 Banana ,1 clementine ,1/2 cup coffee,2 biscuit
    Dinner--1 Sandwich with tomato, Cucumber,green pepper
    Exercise--30 mins Anulom Vilom and kapalbhati
    water--2 lts.

    Day 2 Jan 05

    Started Day with a Glass of Warm Water with a lime.


    Food Diary


    EM - 1 cup of coffee


    BF - 2 Dosa with onion chutney


    Morn. Snack - 1 banana & 5 almonds


    Lunch - 2 Rotis
    1/2 cup Dal
    1/2 cup raw vegetable salad
    1 cup buttermilk


    Evening - 1 cup Tea
    2 Wheat Crackers


    Dinner - 2 chapatis
    1/2 cup of lentils




    Exercise - 30 minutes Leslie Sansone walk

    Water - 8 cups


    Vegetable - 2 Servings

    Yesterday planned to attend a reception.. So was very conscious abut diet...

    5 jan

    em water 2 cups, later banana, 1 cup sugarless tea, 2 biscuits 1 thattai
    bf 2 roti, Kovaikai(cocinea) curry, mushroom gravy coffee
    lun salad- boiled sweet potato, boiled flat beans pod( avaraikai), cucumber, carrot, green tea
    ma Masala buttermilk
    eve pineapple slice, orange , rusk 2 each, coffee
    din rice pulao-1/2 cup, curd rice-1/4 cup, 2 spn gobi manchurian, gravy,
    Dessert - 1 tbspn carrot halwa, 1 tbspn gheer, 1 tbspn ice cream ( couldn't avoid) but with portion control.

    water 8 cups
    workout

    30 min jogging
    2 mile ls walk, 2 mile outside brisk walk

    pts 3

    upto my surprise no weight gain even though eat heavy dinner.

    Ch2 - 1 bowl of carrot, cucumber and orange in the morning
