    Hi Raji,
try to keep them by drying them out as soon as u buy them and then put them in some tissue paper and put them in an container with holes in it.
    cheers,

    Hello Everybody

We have moved to Singapore a fortnight ago from europe. Can anybody pls tell me what brand of Milk is widely used here? and also is Fresh milk better of UHT? Also what do you all do for Curd? Do you set it at home or buy it readymade. I am used to buying it readymade in Europe as becos of the cold weather it does not set properly. I am sure that problem does not exist here, but do let me know if i need to set the curd, should i boil the milk or is it enough if i just warm it.

    Tks a ton

    hello sunshine123

we use meiji brand milk here, itsa good quality product, some people use amul milk but i preffer meiji brand -i dont have any idea about amul milk.as far as curd is concerned ,u can make it at home also ,for that u need to use milk containing fat,and i suggest u to first boil it and then try to make it or u can use readymade curd/yogurt also.it is also of good quality ,and i feel nestle is good ,
