    Thanks krishnaamma for this wonderful diet.i lost nearly 12 kilos by following this diet on 2012.after I started working,I did not take this diet.now really I am feeling heavy and want to start again and lose more Weight.i am going to start from tomorrow.

    Morning 1tsp fenugreek with warm water
    after 30 minutes had 1tsp honey with warm water
    9am- chia seed pudding with almond milk
    11am-1 cup tea
    2 pm-1cup curd rice with pickle
    5pm-1 cup tea with 4 wheat biscuits
    8pm-1 medium size apple and 1 medium size orange
    9.30 pm-1 cup skim milk with out sugar
    Exercise:20 minutes lite exercise
