Both the girl and the boy belong to the same Capricorn Lagna, which is good; both of them have Ketu in the 8th house from the Janma Lagna, which is also good; however, from the Moon sign of the girl, ie,, Sagittarius (Dhanush), the Moon sign of the boy, i.e, Cancer (Katagam) is 8th and from his moon sign to her Moon sign is 6th. This is called Shasta Astka dosham. This is not good for marital harmony because the Moon sign represents the mind of the individual.

Also the Venus sign of the girl, i.e. Libra (Thulam) and the Venus sign of the boy, i.e, Scorpio (Viruchigam) are 2/12 from each other, which is also not good for love and romance between two, because Venus among other things relate to love and romance. At present, your husband is running the dasa of Venus and the Bhukti of Mercury. Venus, being the 4th lord is placed in the 5th house and teh 5th lord Mercury is placed in the 4th house. There is a parivarthana (exchange of signs) between the 4th and 5th lord. This is good. Thus, the dasa and Bhukti lords are not in adverse positions.

While coming to the transit Saturn, He is in the 9th house from the Moon sign, which is also good; however, while considering from the Moon sign, the transit Jupiter is in the 6th house, which is not good.

Normally, when the transit Jupiter is in the 6th house from the Moon sign, one is likely to incur debt; face litigation, for no fault of the individual, cheating by the trusted people etc. However, the period until 7th Jan 2016 is not so bad and if he had any attempts for change of job, there are chances for getting the chance within this period, failing which the period 1st July, 2016 and 10th August, 2016 is very auspicious for getting the change of his expectation, place of his expectation, salary and perks of his expectation etc., leading to a change of life style.

The girl's Moon sign is Capricorn (Makaram) and the boy's Moon sign is Gemini (Mithunam). From the Moon sign of the girl, the Moon sign of the boy is 6th and from the boy's Moon sign, the girl's Moon is 8th This is called Shasta Astaka Dosha. Such charts should not be matched for marital harmony.

Hence, it is not advisable to consider this chart.

The chart earlier, recommended by me was one of the best and it will very rare to come across with such matching; but ofcourse for certain issues, you did not consider the same.

You can look for alliance. The time between August, 2017 and July, 2018 is best for him to get married. Also, his marriage is delayed one, for the simple reason, the Saturn from his Janma Lagna is aspecting the 7th house and from the Moon sign, the Saturn is placed in the 7th house.
