    I'm at 33 x 12 yoga poses per circle. Every two weeks I increase by 3.

    I honestly thought 33 sets = 66 Surya Namaskars. Please clarify

    @IshAsokan,

    Welcome to the Thread, Right now I am taking a break of few weeks from SN regimen as I have undergone minor surgery.

    From past 5 months I did SNs religiously along with my other workouts and it did helped me to reduce my weight gradually.

    Regarding Hypothyroid, I am taking medication and it is under control.

    @ChennaiExpress
    Welcome to the Thread, Your count is quite impressive.
    Coming to your question, 12 Yoga poses is considered as 1 SN, so if you are doing 33 x 12 yoga poses, then it is 33 SNs. Hope it clarifies your question

    Swasha,

    Wishes for speedy recovery...
    I am starting with SN to reduce some weight and dont want to take medication.
    Planning to do Baba ramdev's yoga regime for thyroid as it is natural.

    Can you please tell the other workouts that helped you?
    Sorry to bug you, but interested since my metabolism has slowed down and feel bloated and flabby for the past few months. It should be coz of thyroid and want to know what mix of wouts will kick metabolism?

    @IshAsokan,

    Sorry for late reply, I really don't know whether we can control Thyroid naturally with workouts. Do let me know if you find any natural ways to control it. As of now i am taking medication for it.
