Hi friends, this is not food related but kitchen related. Wat do you guys use as back splashes... I get sick of cleaning the tiles behind the gas-stove. Is there something we can use to avoid the oil-splashes especially while frying fish, nuggets etc. Which can be cleant easily...Please suggest...TIA.

I've seen people tape over kitchen foil which they would rip and replace every few days.

I had two placemats stuck as a backsplash and washed if there was on the counter top...and when i had a range, i just taped some nice centrefolds on the cover glass, carefully chosen color to keep visibility of the stains low....will change them every 10 days..

even foils taped is a good one..even wall papers are not a bad idea..

Use a deeper pan when deep frying

Use a splatter screen over your pot

Clean with a degreaser right after cooking
