    Here I am .. the newest entrant to the weight loss club :)

    been wanting to join and join and kept procrastinating .... but now I have decided that enof is enof and seeing all the encouragement that everybody is giving each other , I am also joining in..

    please folks .. wish me luck and the ability to stick to the diet :)

    To put the tricker, go to the site and select it as per your wish. fill up the details and open your 'edit signature' in IL. then just past the code here. that is all . it is so simple.

    sure dear...actually its must u shud have milk... i forgot to mention that... one of our frnd laasya who is in US who followed the diet with us... just consulted her dr... her dr approved this diet and asked her to add milk to this diet... from then we started having skimmed milk....

    i forgot to mention that... so u shud have milk.... come and join our thread... we have lots of frnds thr who follow the thread and loose their weight... also if we skip we are able to maintain the weight....

    hi friends,

    Very glad to see this thread and nice to know people all over actively participating and helping each other in their weight loss goals.

    Can someone suggest something for me too......

    Im a mom of 2kids and a homemaker. I had both c-section deliveries and i could loose all my 1st preg weight and was back to normal. But with my 2nd delivery which i had at the age of 32 (2.5yrs ago, now im 35) i was unable to get back to shape. Nevertheless, since im a very health-conscious person i tried my best to loose weight thru many ways......health shakes,kerala massages,walking,treadmill etc. I lost but only 2 kgs. Now coming to the main prob, i think i did the walking more than required and now my physique is such that i have lean legs but my upper part (mainly tummy and breasts) looks heavy.

    Did anyone face this kind of problem.....pls help me out.
    One of my friends suggested me to stop walking (as my lower part is toned)and concentrate on the abdomen and upper part now. How can i do this pls tell me.

    A friend of mine is coming from US and wants to get me a ablounge (a chair for ab exercises)Shall i go ahead with that one or should i do something else.

    I hav to loose weight but i think after 30plus it is getting difficult to loose weight.

    Friends..........pls help.

    HI frnd... at any age u can loose weight by dieting... our dieting works lot.... exercise part our friends might help u...

    krishnaamma if u have any suggestion pls pour here... it will be helpful...

    Hi chinmunni,

    saw your post. first of all dont worry. age is no problem.For your information I am 45,and I am doing dieting. no problem you can do it.and also walking is good exercise and dont stop it. You can join in any gym and ask them about the corret exercise for you. but as for as diet you can follow our kitchuppa's diet for a week and decide. ok ya? all the best to you.
