Got Divorce notice... What should I do next.

I m going through a very bad phase in life. First, I was mentally harrased by my husband because of his affair with a married woman. Because of it, I even tried to commit suicide. Now for 3 months, I am at my parent's place and he is not contacting me or my parents. It was my bday last week, n I expected at least then he would come to take me back. Since, he didn't came, we decided to go directly to my home.

Now, today he had sent a divorce notice at my brother's address. Though, I told him not to receive it.
I do not know what to do now?

All my certificates and precious jewellery r there only. He has filed this case in Pune, whereas I don't think it is safe for me to live there with him. I have to probably move to Delhi, from where I studied and worked before marriage. Should I file another case in Delhi.? Can I get the case moved to Delhi. What will be the cost to hire a advocate. Can I claim this from him? As currently I m not working and my parents are on pension.

 

Currently I am with my parents in my hometown, which is a small city in WB. We have our tickets for Pune next week.

Ohh... Ok. As of now, we have not received the notice as I asked my brother to say that I don't live in Mumbai, so don't accept any thing addressed to me.
My husband has informed my sister in law that he had sent it to my hometown and native place address as well. We'll receive it when it reaches here. Thanks @kashmirflower for the guidance.
