Update: Had NST and AFI tests today. All normal. Doc said baby is large and is doing fine. Head down but still not fixed.

I have to take Thyroid tests and blood group typing before next week.

Checked weight today it was 93. Last week it was 95 and the week before it was 94. Not sure if the weighing machine is at fault or If I really have fluctuating weight.

BP-130/80. Doctor said we will see next week and depending on situation will decide.

Regarding cord blood - Decided to donate instead of bank and have contacted Jeevan bank in Chennai.

Next week this time July would have started. Whew!!! June seems like longest month. All the best for hopeful June mommies in our club :)

i also used to have that pain, especially while tossing during nights. but now it has reduced when i started walking. on the first day i couldn't walk for even 15mins. the next day i was fine and was able to walk for 40mins. so walking may relax your muscles. also have milk every day.

Iam going for walking but the problem is after coming frm walk I will cook and do other walk and when I go to sleep leg will be swollen and double the size. Still I manage to walk but day by day vagina pain is getting severe only. Drinking milk good idea.

Between after 38 weeks what are precautions to follow experienced mom pls pour in ur suggestion.

Is the baby's head fixed? if it is fixed then you wont get any pain. Also sometimes the pain at the groin area is due to overweight. Keep two pillows under your foot while sleeping. this will reduce the swell on your foot. Also drink more water. If you are taking your calcium tab in the morning then have milk in the night time. Drinking milk everyday really worked for me. my EDD is july 11th and scan date is june 23rd. still waiting for pains. what about your scan date?

@prit: Try the cat pose for 5 to 10 mins when baby is active this will help the baby to move into right position soon. I had sharp pains very occasionally (once or twice in a week) but now it is reduced

cat pose: Is Similar to mopping floor on your hands and knees.

Put your knees and hands on floor. When you inhale push your chin towards your neck i.e. look down when you exhale push your face upwards away from chin and arch your back (like cat). Not sure how to expalin clearly. Google Cat pose and you will get images

@Prit yeah as cutecancer has mentioned the cat pose really helps in relieving groin pain dear. Do try that out.

Having a blood test tomorrow for HB count, thyroid, sugar and TSH levels. Hopefully everything is on track n normal. Will then meet my doc on sat.
