Taking one year baby to office Creache

Hi,
My baby just completed one year. He can sit alone and stand with support of something. My problem is I was working in a MNC company, after delivery till now am on leave, now manager is asking to join again, if not I should resign the job. Creache facility is there in Office, I am feeling sad for giving baby to somebody's hands for long time. My husband is telling it's your wish to join or quit. My mind is telling to join but heart is telling not to go again. Ours is a middle class family, money also important. Please give your suggestions please please

Its totally personal decision. You are not going to quit if I or many people here tell you. I know its very difficult to join back and first few weeks are extremely difficult.

My baby is 1 yr now . When I joined back after 2 months, I was in same state, I used to cry leaving her and constantly think to quit or switch to be near. I was guilt filled all the time but thats our ( mommy's) life I think.
Few days, I started considering it as little vacation from me... some time away from crying, diapers sizes, baby food recipes, bottles .

Personally, I say do not quit. Start office, if it feels very hectic to you and unbearable, you can decide. Who knows with person and talking to colleagues in office you might like it.

Nobody is nearby.. Am in big confusion whether to join or not. .. so asked for suggestions. Thanks for your reply, as you said I will take a chance and see if it is manageable I will continue
