    hello ladies v r planning to relocate from al nahda. Actually my husband office is relocating near to burjkalifa...please help me to find, in which area we can look for houses...and schools near by.I want a 3bhk and what will be rent in the area near by.iam clue less and not much aware about dubai.please help me ladies.

    Hi santhoshi,
    rent is quite high in dubai wen compared to sharjah.I stay in Alkarama and the rent is 68K for 1bhk per year.this rent is quite common in karama and bur dubai area.Its just 10 mins drive to burjkhalifa and Indians are more in these areas.But rent wil be very high for 3bhk.There are plenty of schools around these area.Its best locality for Indians in dubai.

    You can consider International City or Al Warqa, they have reasonable rents. I pay 55k for a 1 BHK flat in international city. There are also Schools nearby like Indian International School / Our Own high school. It is at convenient distance from Burj Khalifa
