2015 May 100 miles walk

    I walk in moderate pace. I guess can count 30 min walk as 1 mile

    02: 5 miles (75 mins treadmill )
    03: 1.5 miles (25 mins treadmill )
    05: 5 miles (20 mins yoga sculpt + 60 mins treadmill )

    Hi MyselfandI, you can do any workout like Leslie Sanson walk (you can find vidoes on youtube) or can spot jog for 15 min and count as 1 miles or you can do yoga for 20min and count as 1 mile or you can add the miles you run on threadmill/outside. Hope this gives you an idea for more you can refer the April thread :)

    5th May - 7 miles ( 3 miles outside + 2 miles LS + 2 sets of abs fitness blender )
