2015 May 100 miles walk

    I can't see any thread for May 100 miles walk so here I am starting this thread....

    Please come and join my walking friends. Calling old frinds @Buds @deepv @breeze01 @gokusha @simply_doubtful @seekingbless @saarang.... sorry if I left anyone else's name

    Any new walker interested please join in.....

    You can run, walk, do yoga, jump, spot jog whichever suits you to loose weight.

    03: 1.5 miles (25 mins treadmill )
    05: 5 miles (20 mins yoga sculpt + 60 mins treadmill )

    3rd May - 2 miles (Outside)
    4th May - 2 miles (Outside)
    5th May - 7 miles ( 3 miles outside + 2 miles LS + 2 sets of abs fitness blender )

    I am new here. I was checking the previous threads to know how you all are calculating miles. based on that below is my update. Please correct me if needed.

    May 1: 4mile (1 mile LS, 30 min abs exercise, 30 min regular walk)
    May 2 : 2 mile ( 1 hr regular walk)
    May 3: nil
    May 4: nil
    May 5: 3.5 mile (2 mile LS walk, BBM day1, 15 min regular walk)

    1 mile =( 30 min regular walk /BBM/15 min abs exercise )

    Welcome @fari to our group.

    For regular walk it depends how fast/slow you are walking.... if you walking fast for 30 min then you can count as 1.5 miles in my opinion :)
