Yesterday morning I massaged my face with kiwi and oats and left it on face for 10 mins. Then washed with water.

How did you do facial at home? I do have small thin hairs on upper lip and i don't wax? Did you apply any facial mask to remove upperlip hair? Can you share your tips with me?kneesmiley

    Hi BuviVishal,

You should try to stop using stop. It speeds up aging of skin. It makes skin rough and dry too.

Instead you can keep grounded oats/gram flour or something like this in your cupboard. Apply it for 2-3 mins along with water and 2-3 drops of honey.

Another easier option can be using a mild face wash available in market but this is not as good as the first option.

    hi WW
almost all veg the ones i use for cooking on any particular day ... keep drying them for a week until i collect enuf .. then powder it, sieve it and store ... i avoid brinjal and banana peels for obvious reasons, onion peels as they fly and make the whole place dirty so no use ... (i end up cleaning the whole area which is a pain) .. beans i hv read is excellent for the skin .. so when i need to make the scrub powder i buy some beans and dry it too ...

also peels of all the fruits ... but again avoiding banana :)

hi pihu ... this onion mask is very good espy for thin hair ... dont stop ... apply every alt day for a month ... and yes it runs like crazy ... i use old nighties around my neck and shoulders folded over .. but since it doesnt stain .. not really worried ...

also add some curry leaves with it ... this will make the paste a bit thicker ... :)

@madhuprabha .. hope you dont mind me jumping in and answering this ... :)

Thanks jingi, I will try to implement this one.

    All,

It was a fruitful weekend. I was able to apply henna in hair. Do the usual skin cleaning and use of bath scrub. I postponed the weekend regime for skin, which I will do tonight.
Went for haircut and eyebrows. Did a nail art for myself and DD both.
    :2thumbsup:

    Hello everyone.
@jingi92 - Madhu, whether u answer or i answer, as long as pihu is satisfied, it should not be a problem. And any way u have more useful tips than me.
@pihu123 - i used gold bleach from VLCC. The pack has d directions on how to use it. my facial includes, cleansing the face, steaming, scrubbing, massaging with oil and then applying any face mask available at home. (Fruits pulp with multani mitti/orange powder) For upper lip and chin hair, if it is very fine hair, u can always get it removed when u get eyebrows done. I dont wax the hair on my face (i don't any overly noticeable ones)

Hi WW - That is lovely nail art. I am sure ur DD would have been super excited about it. Is it summer hols for her, otherwise i think in school they might not encourage it?

Hi madhu and pihu, Thanks for liking.
Yes, she is really loving it. It is definitely not allowed in her school.
I had purchased these nail art kits a month ago and promised her to do it when her summer holidays start.
