    Hello everyone,

After my baby's birth i resigned my job and then started working as a freelancer. But now it seems hard as working as a freelancer is a not easy job. You have to work as per the deadline and complete the work. If not then the project goes and it puts bad impact. Also while working from home there are lots of distractions. So the work gets affected.

So now i am thinking of looking for a job instead of working as a freelancer. So is there any one who changed the mind like me.

    Please pour your ideas.

    Regards,

    Prachi

    Hi OP

I do agree with you. Before baby I liked WFH from home and I was more productive@ home. One reason was my office has too many distractions and disturbances. But now with baby, Its difficult if I do not totally separate home office where I can not hear anything. Then you get help from someone if stuck and knowing someone, interacting always better for work and making decisions (for managers) while appraisals. You know it is difficult to fire someone you know and talk to everyday compared to others.

;-) That could be 1 reason of big IT companies creating complete remote jobs a lot these days so can cut those hidden branches whenever they feel like.
