Hi chitra mam, not knowing where to post this , i am doing it here. I tried to follow some recipes of bengali mishti doi. They say , to add the sweet in milk and then set the curd. But when i do that the milk does not set for 3-4 days & by then it is spoilt or it is too watery. I use full fat milk. I live in a warm place. I was just requesting if you could troubleshoot for me or give me a new recipe.
Jaggery to buy at US. Chithra madam Please tell me what type,brand jaggery is best to use for Pagu.My Mil is in Atlanta. Ofcourse buys jaggery from Indian store or Patel only.taste or color is not appreciable. please advice. poorni
