    update for 20/01

    EM -water
    BF - bread with little butter + coffee
    MM - green tea
    L - 2 roti + palak daal + kohlrabi sabji + later green tea
    AN - 1 fist full mung daal mixture + few cheerios + coffee
    N - mashed potato + fish stew

    Ex - no exercise
    Water - 2 lit

    Hi All,

    My update for 01/20
    bf- wheat flakes+ milk
    mid morning snack - 2 guvava
    lunch- roti + daal palak + salad
    evening snack- green tea + chann + very little jaggery
    dinner- egg + broccoli stir fry

    it was mt 1st day of periods so no exercise. :)

    EM - 2 figs soaked in water + 400 ml green tea
    BF - 1 dosa + 2 corn grit dumpling + 1/2 cup milk with health mix
    Lunch - 1 cup rice+Moong dal+ Cabbage stir fry + lf Yogurt
    Eve - 1 cup tea+ 3 prune +1 clementine
    Night- 2 Phulka +Capsicum curry +400 ml Green tea

    Water - 3.1 L of warm water through the day
    30 mins of outside walk

    bf- oats cheerios with milk,1/2 apple,10 almonds
    snack - 1 cucumber with curd and 2 tbsp haldiram mix
    lunch- 1 cup rice with chole masala
    snack- oats snacks
    dinner- Milestrone soup,1 chapathi with cabbage curry,handful rice with rasam

    Water:2 lts
    Exercise: 25 Suryanamaskar sets

    Hi gals I am back......... how are all? sorry i diddn't inform anything ,first house cleaning then pongal vacation to native. The vacation was fabulous and of course as a result of no diet no workout increased 1.5 kg but slowly reducing now.

    Any challenges for the 4 th week?
