    Oat nut bread:

Whole wheat flour - 1.5 cup
Rolled original oats- 1/2 cup + a spoon for dusting on top
    Olive oil - 2 tsp
Frozen and thawed banana - 3 nos.
Sugar - less than 1/2 cup( My bananas were super sweet)
    Raisins - as required
    Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
    Baking soda - a pinch

    Method :

    1. I used riped bananas in my banana. Freeze them for a day and thawed in when i was ready to make the bread.
    2. Puree the banana in a mixer. It becomes very creamy and is more than required to bind the cake.
    3. Measure the flour, coarsely grounded oats, and baking powder and baking soda and mix the dry ingredients.
    4. In another bowl, mix the pureed banana, olive oil and sugar and mix together.
    5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl and kept folding and not mixing.
    6. Add nuts or raisins in this stage. Preheat oven to 300 F and grease the pan and pour the bread batter. Sprinkle a spoon of oat nut on the top and bake for 20 - 25 mins.
    7. Transfer to cooling rack and enjoy. We had ours for the week end breakfast.

I thought i gave in adai recipe. . I missed it . Here you go!

    Oats Adai

    Brown rice - cup
Original Quaker oats - 1/2 cup
    Toor dal - 1/4 cup
    Channa dal - 1/4 cup
    Moong dal - 1/4 cup
    Red chilli - 3
    Green chilli- 1
    Ginger - 1 inch
    Dill leaves - 1 bundle
    Onions - 1/2 cup chopped.

    Method.

Soak brown rice and dals seperately for 3 hours. Soak the red chilli also for 1/2 an hour.
When ready, wash the brown rice and grind it in the mixer along with the soaked red chilli , ginger and green chilli. When its ground to a rava consistency, add washed dals and grind to a coarse batter. Add little water whenever the batter is tight. Transfer to a bowl, add salt, hing, coarsely ground oats. Adding onion, dill leaves can be done just before making adai. Heat pan and spread as we do for the normal adai. Healthy Adai is ready and tastes yummy.
