    Oat crispies

    100 gr butter
    3 dl of oat meal
1,5 dl sugar (part can be brown sugar)
    1 tsp baking powder
    a pinch of vanilla

Melt the butter, stir together the rest of the ingredients, mix together with the butter (that has cooled slightly). Heat oven to 200 C. Put small balls (1-2 teaspoons) on the sheet (leave enough of space between) and bake for 5-7 minutes.

    Hello Yashikushi,
Can we use the broken wheat as it is? or should we powder it coarsely?
