    u are doing good sri.. i started last week and exercised 4 days/week

    want to do 5 days this week..let's see,,,

    There's so much food everywhere..I had my birthday..full week I ate cakes n stuff, then karvachauth...n diwali is there too...god save me! :drowning

    haha CV..u are so sweet...you just want me to eat all the time :rotfl

    arey if I do that..I will be back to being a football again :biglaugh yesterday we had invited a couple for dinner...oh god I made so much stuff and now so much food is left...and it's all party food..there's no escape from food..haha

    Oct 13 updates


    bf - as usual milk, wheat bread slices max 2, fruit smoothie (trying different berries)
    lunch - roti, brown rice, vegetable, boiled egg white, yogurt
    snacks - soaked almonds sometimes grapes only
    dinner - 4 Kambu dosa (quantity 4 because of Kambu else 2)
    no milk
    1 prenatal, 1 biotin, 2 Vit D3


    ex at gym
    treadmill
    elliptical
    triceps / ab with equipment (hubby taught)
    whole day climbing stairs
    arm workout
    pumping / nursing baby


    All my friends, neighbours are surprised to see my progress :party

    yeah, it's long gap. I m bit lazy but now I realize I should do do something to lose my weight. So I am back. I will post my daily diet n exercise here
