    Current weight :
    70

    Target weight : 58

    week - 1 (10/9/14 - 10/15/14 ) - 1 kg :

    Daily schedule :

    wake up : 5 am

    water : 3 lts

    walking : 1 hour

    Gym : 500 cals

    Diet : Healthy Foods only.

    10/9/14 - Thursday:


    wake up : 5 am ( woke up )

    water : 3 lts. ( 2 lts only )

    walking : 1 hour. ( 2 hours )

    Gym : 500 cals. ( 500 cals )

    Diet : Healthy Foods only.

    6 am - coffee with suger free.

    8 am - half apple + Butter milk

    12 pm - 3 rotis +More green leaf dal .

    4 pm - fruits .

    7 pm - rice + Dal + more unhealthy snacks (feel sad after ate every thing...should avoid this )

    wake up : 5 am ( 6:30 am)

    water : 3 lts. ( 1.5 lts only )

    walking : 1 hour. ( 1 hour )

    Gym : 500 cals. ( 500 cals )

    Diet : Healthy Foods only.

    6 am - coffee with suger.

    8 am - fruits + Butter milk

    12 pm - 3 Roti + Brinjal curry.

    4 pm - Lemon Juice + corn

    8 pm - 2 Roti + Bendi fry + fruits..

    12 kg weight loss in three months ! Very ambitious ! Nothing wrong in having such high targets, it helps rejuvenate oneself with more energy and commitment !
