    just to read overknight posts in our thread made me to sit 1hr

    really very very happy to see our threads immense popularity

    since yday suffering with severe headache...

    so couldnt do exercise and my hubby forced me to eat at knight

    but somehow managed to take in limited quantity

    very encouraging greetings

    how r u feeling now?

    the diet format is too good

    will deffenetly follow that, so that its easy to draft and read all others good idea

    My daily health dairy is filled with only mubeens health information
    pls all ladies do keep seperate folder to copy all the info ..so that whenever we hav time we can go through it

    Good morning. It is too good you started the diet chart. super. I think Mubeen added water intake also in this. check that chart. I have one doubt. chapati and veg gravy means, what is veg. gravy? can you tell me?

    Veg Gravy..

    Carrot, Beans, Peas, Cauliflower.. (MW)
    Just one spoon oil, add onionnnn, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, saute nicely...3 spoon curd ( to get gravy for chappti i add curd) ... now add all the veggie...
    add little water ... till the raw smell goes keep it in ... garnish with coriander..

    MUbeen modified chart b4 seeinnnnnng the modification i did the postinnnng tomm i'll add the water innnnntake....
