So rightly said Vijima. You are spot on when you say even when we stay at home, we have so much to do to keep ourselves occupied that time just seems to fly. Thank God we have so many options these days otherwise God knows how bored we would have got. Although I am at home, don't go out much and am alone at home for most of the day, I don't know how time flies. Before I know the weekend is here. The weekend also flies by so quickly and Monday is there before you know what is happening. So long as it goes that way, it is good news. It means we are busy and not bored.

who said Nothing is impossible, i have been doing it all my life. If woman don't take up the job of managing the house, no companies would run peacefully as most of the male boss would need to be at home to take care of the crying infant, cooking spicy dishes, washing clothes, doing all household chores. Actually speaking the employed persons are UNDER employed and at home we are Over employed.

Very entertaining post, still many would ask what are u doing, oh is that your studies not going waste by being at home?

Tell that i am happily employed at home, you at some X or Y building under a boss, but in my company i am the boss with all servants under me. :2thumbsup:.

Absolute right God. What a luxury it is to be one's own boss! :-D It's a different matter that maids are our bosses these days rather than the other way round :p

    Dear Satchi,

What a snippet! No wonder it got nominated to FP by Quebec and Cherrybud!

I simply loved this, read it a couple of times just to enjoy every sentence.

Must say you are blessed with a fine humor. How true this is...EVERYONE these days wants to know what You Are, meaning, what your profession or job description is and where you work. It can get embarrassing if one has Never worked...liked me, barring a few years of employment here and there and that had no connection to my education!

As per education, I am rightly employed..at Home!!
"I enjoy my work and get paid in terms of happiness and satisfaction. "...This surely was the icing on the cake! Loved those words.

Honestly, in this day and age where we educate our girls just like we do our boys, almost everyone works. It is hard to find those who do not work and stay at home for whatever reasons. Hence people...women...like me are becoming fossils of sorts...Somebody who existed once upon a time and hence rare and has to be studied because of its 'unusualness'!! Well, frankly speaking, I think I have been enjoying a luxury that very few can afford today! So, let those curious people ask, we shall give them our all knowing smiles!

    L, Kamla

Sorry Kishoreg. Looks like I gave a "like" and forgot to post a reply! Now that could mean only one of two things. One - age is catching up and so is Alzheimer's OR I am so busy flitting from one job to another, one thought to another, I scarcely remember what I was doing or what it was I meant to do a few seconds earlier!

Thanks so much for the feed back!

I think there are atleast 4 people in my life who will vouch for that statement which I mutter on a daily basis. I don't know what I'm doing but can't find time to do anything.

Psst..and those who wonder , rue , poor thing, look at her, you must go out , socialize, date and we will help arrange the old, new, blue , black , I pout and say - "But I don't find time leave aside inclination to do any of that!!"

Blessed are we I tell you! friendssmiley

You bet Aria! I don't know where the past few years have flown. There was a brief while when time seemed to stand still after mom passed on. Now I am back to my routine, time is flying by again.
