Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg for a month- June 2014!

    Some thing is going on with me...dont know what.
    extremely tired all day through from yesterday. sleeping when ever I get time even though it is 5 mins break!
    bloated, constipated... no major changes in diet. fruits,veggies,lentils, quinoa, brown rice, wheat and I see myself drained out. drinking any form of liquid from 3 to 3.5 ltrs a day.
    Today, just sipped green tea with lemon all day...to get a good cleansing.
    With 10 to 12 days in hand for my next cycle, I think it might be PMS? I dont want to blame on PMS for my mood changes. I know I can take control of it. I was quiet ok for the last few months...

    some how, managed today by taking 1.5 hr evening nap.
    When I woke up, kids were watching TV, with husband and nobody knows where I was, all did n't even change their school clothes, no milk, no snack...no home work... just tv!
    My God! They were all shocked to see me from bed room thinking that how come I came sleepy from gym? They thought I went to gym or my group exercise class.
    so angry with hubby that he did n't give milk to kids by any means. After these many years, I thought any daddy will know to give some thing to eat for kids after long school day for kids. ended up in fight. Then I refreshed myself, gave milk to kids, tea for hubby and started cooking dinner. All with drowsiness.
    I heated up yesterday's left over soup for me. sipped a cup of tea. (did n't know what happened after I came from work. Just went to bed and slept)
    Now, its 10.00 pm, kids in bed. hubby working...kitchen half cleaned...kept in a position that I can manage tomorrow morning. hubby helped me in cutting veggies for tomorrow's lunch. Thanks to him.
    Now, I got my energy once the house is calmed down. Constantly hearing kid's loud voices all day through, I am sensitive to any sound after 9.00 pm!
    I enjoy the silence the most now...

    no sleep. felt fresh now.
    skipped my evening exercise class. going to walk for 1 hr at home before bed time. Moderate walk with any of my favorite TV show. hope I will be ok tomorrow. good night dearies...

    Sri take care dear, i think you need to slow down a bit. Same thing happens to me also. Actually we are having so many duties and responsibilities, we get no time for relaxing. Being a mom is so tough, we have to constantly take care of kids. Sometimes we need some break from responsibility of kids, but no one can take care of them as we do. Even my DH is the same, during my sickness i am continuously worrying about my daughters routine. We have no sick lives as mom and that makes us more stressed out.
    You have to take care of your mental health also as you do for physical fitness. Actually we have wired our brain in a way that we think only about work,kids,husband home. We keep ourself at the lowest priority. We need to slow down, take rest, give some time for our hobbies and stop treating ourself as machine.

    Dear Witera,

    I think you should try coming here once and if you don't like it, you can always go back. I personally love it here though I miss my home country. I like to do things on my very own, though it becomes difficult at times, I really don't have any complaints. I cannot have people(help/maid/mother/mil) doing things for me, I can accept their help to only certain level. I need to do everything on my own (obsessive I guess), so it is different for different people. I love the freedom that I have here and am as independent as I can be. Try it out when you get a chance next time.

    Sridevi,

    I was amazed that you took care of your kids on your own for 1.5 years. That's is great. I have done it for 4-5 days few times and I know how hard it is. Well done.

    Get well soon. I am sure you will back to normal in couple of days.

    June 10 : 116.6
    June 20 : 115.1

    I know what is going to happen now, will be happy and start eating little more for couple of days and go back to my previous weight. I have to try hard to maintain and reduce even more for this month.

    But today I am back to 127.4
