How many of you have experienced queefs in your life,
It usually happens after a child birth, and remains until the next child birth, though
It vanishes after the second child it is pretty embarrassing for woman to walk around
Or bend over or sit down or squat down while sweeping any movement that is a little too tedious brings out this..

Some call it the vaginal farts, it is too embarrassing to even mention about it, but
Like all other problems related to vagina or bleeding and itching and white discharge which sometime never reach the doctor, due to embarrassment and never take help, some experience this during
    intercourse, and suffer in silence.

How did you solve this, is there any medicine now, or it is left just like that and suffer in silence. Please do not feel shy come forward and share your problem and solution here..sunkan

    Hello Sudari Maam,
    It usually happens after delivery.
Here during birth classes they teach Keegal exercise which is for pelvic bones.
We could do this exercise anytime, anywhere.
It really helps a lot. For more information, please do a google search.

    Regards.

    Hi Maam,
I guess, it will be there even after delivery.
I checked with my gyn long back and she asked me to do keegal exercise and empty the bladder often.
Sometimes I will have problem while coughing or sneezing.

    Thanks.

My kid s 2 yrs old and i'm still facing this prob of farts and white discharge. its very embarassing while in a group of people and at office.

My mom say's that this is because of the garlic intake in the foods.

I stopped having it but the problem of farts still persists.

Feeling shy in disclosing it but only if i open up i might get an answer.....it smells baadly, even though i discharge it very frequently.

Another problem is white discharge with foul smell, i'm sick of this, any way to get rid of this aswell.

Any suggestions apart from keegal exercises? I donno how to perform keegal exercise. Can you provide more details on this.

Thanks to everyone for sharing their thoughts.....

    Kellykim

for the white discharge with smell uneed to check in immediately it may be connected to our womb having problem or infection and a course of injection cures it, pl consult your gaena and do not neglect it, as it will only increase over the years and the other problem does persist after a particular age,and very tough to be away may be without rice for sometime might help...sunkan

Dear Sunkan, Bravo for bringing up the untouched and taboo topics here. I have always admired the topics you talk about..right from health issues to career and everything else. When I read this, I just couldn't give you my imaginary hug.

Yes..Kegals help avoid Queeps. Infact Kegals are good and not just for new moms after delivery but all grown up girls and women find it helpful. Growing up, we were advised to do kegals all the time. These can be done any where & any time and are very useful for women for various reasons like avoiding having a weak bladder, reinforcing the pelvic muscles so they remain tight (usually the muscles there become loose after childbirth). Doing the exercise is like holding the stream of urine and letting go. This helps bedwetting in some kids, incontinence in older people and ‘Organ’ enhancement in men.
