    Update for 23.03.2014

    Morning: Warm water + 1/2 cup boost
    Breakfast: 3 Chapthis with Onion tomato gravy + Green tea
    Lunch: Rice with Tangy brinjal & drumstick gravy + Corriander chutney + 1 Egg
    MA: Mango
    Evening: Coffee + murukku + Halwa + almonds
    In B/w: 1 Veg Samosa with tomato ketchup

    Dinner: 3 Idlis with Sambhar

    Water: 3 litres
    Exercise: 10 mins

    I have been doing suryanamaskar for sometime now.. an excellent overall exercise. Will shift to JM now.

    Have been very busy with organizing a dinner at home last week along with activities at kids school... so have not been able to exercise regularly but at least went for my walks.

    Team - 3
    Started with - 62.5 kg
    March 10th - 62.5 kg
    March 20th - 63.2 kg

    1 cup tea,3 whole wheat bread
    string cheese

    2 roti,peas curry,dal,salad

    march 22-sat-4.25 mile walk,party food
    march 23-sun-2 mile walk,45 mins floor workout- diet good
    march 24-mon-20 mins walk,45 mins group cardio workout-diet good.

    I have watched videos of Suryanamskar on Youtube but never tried. Wish to try them once. Do you have any videos that you follow for Suryanamaskar.

    And, JM shred is an awesome workout that gives excellent results. Try it and let me know how you feel about it.

    Lunch: Puliohare + potato fry
    MA: Pear + Green Tea
    Evening: Coffee
    In B/W: 1/2 Kiwi
    Dinner: Outside: Egg fried rice + grilled chicken + 1/2 roti with hammous

    Water: 3 litres
    Exercise: 30 mins - LS 2 miles walk

    Green tea + 2 digestive biscuit
    3 adais with coconut chutney
    Bowl of veg pulao with matar paneer
    Tea
    Idiappam with chicken curry

    Water intake - 2 litres
    Exercise - 1 hr floor workout

    Am not keeping track of the points any more since have not been able to be regular at all. So will just try to keep up the challenge and if there is any further weight loss by the 31st.

    Madhusharmila,

    Am a great fan of SuryaNamaskars.. But I don't really follow any particular video for Surya Namamskar. Had learnt about it in a yoga class which I had attended long back. However you can have a look at the Zee Yoga program videos.. one of the episodes did telecast Surya Namaskar. And the directions were easy to follow.

    Am also excited looking at the JM 30 day shred... it looks challenging. And your words are really encouraging. Will definitely share my experience with you. Am just hoping that I will be able to do it regularly... at least 3 days a week !

    Thanks a lot for the info about Suryanamaskar. I will have a look at it.

    Yes, you may find JM shred challenging but seeing the results you will love doing it regularly. I suggest you not to give up inbetween.
