    Sri,
two parties today. Holi and b'day. Abundant food and a glass of wine at one and two slices of pizza/cake and ice cream in another. *sigh*.

yestersay new Indian restaurant for dinner. Loads of tandoori stuff oozing with oil and creamy gravies and rice. Super super bloated :(

Laks...I know, eating more than usual...is highly uncomfortable a while later!

I dont know why my brain just shuts down at the time of eating and how it is waking up once all the food goes to tummy. I heard that some of the actresses enjoy eating their favorite food and vomit out by putting fingers deep inside the throat.
Poor me, tried this technique one time before and couldn't make it happen. And then, just left that idea for ever...and going through all the consequences of after effects.

Today, I was just thinking, if I was living with no exercise for the past 7 years, I might have stepped in 80 kgs by this time! Thank God that atleast I am maintaining...
No one in my generation was exercising as for as I know. I am glad that I am the starting point to introduce the healthy lifestyle in my family. My daughter is skinny, but my son is bubbly.

I am experiencing a very tough struggle to reach normal weight, just to feel great and happy about myself. But I am gaining all the benefits that follows my habits.
Another great success for me is to make my husband moving and see the 'triglyceride' level decreased...
As years passby, I am still standing in the same over weight category...
    For longer years...
But I am living example to continue what I have started, no matter how I far I have gone. I am waiting for the day to see myself in the frame and believe that I can do it.

Nowadays, my goal has been expanded more than me... that I want to incorporate minimal exercise routine in my husband's life style. he quit the group classes once he started travelling more. though he did n;t travel nowadays, he is just so busy that he couldn't commit himself to move. The habit makes the difference. Even in week ends, I hate him going to bed immediately after lunch, taking nap for 2 to 3 hrs...
I am so done saying himself to atleast walk outdoor for 20 mins. hmmm hoom.... nothing doing.
My kids see me becoming so mad, if I skip my classes... still son did not want to do exercise. he is slightly over weight. I really dont want him to get into the attitude that he is 'fat'...I know how painful it is to accept. Though he plays daily at school, though he goes to karate classes, though I give him healthy balanced meal, he is also not reducing. somehow, he got that from my genes...he likes to play basket ball and plays in the park weekly once, but he did n't get a good team mates of his age to play frequently...
whenever I ask him to bike or walk, he shows so much aversion on me.

So, my goal has been extended to make my husband and son to move a little bit atleast 3 days in a week in any form they like to do.

Today ate the party food for lunch, and ate the left overs given for dinner too...

I walked 4.25 mile at home today.

    Sude,

I've been doing JM shred for quite sometime and found it to be very effective in reducing abs and in toning the body. I do not have an idea about Surya Namaskar in burning fat but have heard that it is a great exercise.
