    u don't eat breakfast PD? that's the worst mistake u can make when trying to lose weight..BF is the most important meal of the day..u can skip dinner but not BF..never..please try n eat something in the morning...your body needs it to kick start the day...

    my update

    7th feb: 1 mile run + 1 mile walk + 20 mins abs n arms workout

    PD, I second Manali...BreakFast is the important meal of the day, where you need to Break the Fast of 10-12hrs with all sort of food items which includes proteins, good carbs, good fat and all...please plan ahead for breakfast...if you are in hurry try these overnight oats...these are the yummiest, easiest BFs i ever had

    Overnight, No-Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal - they are filling, no cooking involved, you can pick and eat in the office as well...

    Please fuel your body with good amount of breakfast, if you eat eggs, have 2 eggwhites with wholewheat toast and some cheese in between with spinach and lettuce makes good and quick sandwich.

    If you like stuffed parathas make it previous night and store them in the fridge, morning just heat it have..

    Poha/cracked wheat veggie upmas are the easiest and very filling BFs

    You can also try Multi-dal adai, which is easy to make and rich in protein.

    Have green smoothie like kale-banana, spinach-strawberry, carrot-beet-pear first thing in the morning, you will be energized through out the day dear...

    Manali/Sravani..... Thanx yaar....

    ya i understand bf is very important..... Dunt get time in morning at home.... N in office it depends.... Thats y not habitual....but hav to start.... Thx for ur motivation..... Will try my best to start tis monday..... Will update here :)

    8th feb - 2 mile walk.....15 min zumba :)

    Nice thread, Even am trying to lose some weight, post pregnancy have put on some 8-10 kgs. Now its time to be strict and lose some. Count me in.
