    Big bear hug to you. Positive vibes to lose a pound a week this month. Yes you can! Eat celery when you think you can eat more ;)
    I think I may slow down in loss now since I'm in the last leg. I will be with you guys at least until May. Even if I get to that number, I plan to workout and keep accounted for here. Don't worry, you can't get rid of me all that easily.

    Idli Upma(2 idlis)
    FF milk
    Home made Lasagna with less cheese
    4 prunes
    2 cinnabons(home made- very small) Planned to eat only one, but ended up eating two which was 320 cal together)
    2 Idlis with Sambar

    35 min of Elliptical

    Good except for the cinnabons. Sigh!

    yesterday, after long time, I sat down for breakfast.
    Made veg omlettes for every one. since I dont eat eggs, I grilled some veggies- onion,capsicum,tomatoes,zuchini,cabage with seasonings and stuffed them in a bread slice with 1 slice of cheese.
    yummy! enjoyed my breakfast with a glass of masala tea later...

    Added orange juice(freshly squeezed) mid morning.

    Afternoon also, prepared home made burrito for all. I prepared regular chapatis with extra thin layer and extra large circumference to stuff the veggies and beans...
    kids loved it.
    me too had 1 full burrito . It was filling.

    evening- 1 tea and 1 biscuit.

    dinner- cabbage curry, with buttermilk and some mixture sprinked on top for crunchiness.
    1 orange.

    Added green tea.

    water- 2.5 ltrs

    exercise- 20 sets SN (mor), 30 mins floor workout- (before bed).
    missed walking as planned, breathing routine/meditation skipped.

    I have been constipated with this diet today. I think I added bread,biscuit and chappatis after long time , also just oranges not enough for fiber? I dont understand and my scale showing me increment today!

    Challenges:
    1.Mini morning and afternoon exercise-done-0.25
    2.breathing routine/meditation- not done-0
    3.sleep 7 hrs-done-0.25
    4.weekly once low carb diet- not yet for this week.
    5.floor exercise 4 days in a week at home- 1 day/4 days -done-0.25

    I'm glad you found the time for this. That's the most important part of any daily routine. Sitting down for b'fast. Something that I seldom do.
    Your diet looks yummy. I'm sure it tasted as delicious. I hate super thin rotis though. Mine have to be medium. Not sure how you manage with that one thin roti! I eat one burrito and then something on top ;)One burrito never fills me up!
    The constipation is the cause of weight gain shown on the scale. I think a mid week day(wed/thurs) is an ideal weigh in day. I hate weekend weigh ins. I'm always bloated after big meals and show a gain anyway!
    Btw, the beans maybe the cause of your constipation. Are you not used to eating beans or other rajma/channa variety of beans regularly? If not, drink some ginger tea on days you eat beans. Also increase your water and fibre intake.

    Hi all!<br>Here I'm back after delivering my love&nbsp;bundles! I still remember way back in&nbsp;2013 jan how I got introduced to this group and how motivated I was in doing my workouts! as a result of it along with losing few pounds I was blessed for gaining weight for my 2 lil champs inside! I couldn be just thankful enough to this group of IL's who have me the spirit. So now post pregnancy I also love to join this &nbsp;group! I hope I would be included to again with that same warm&nbsp;welcome! :)
